With artificial intelligence (AI) and automation rapidly advancing, the landscape of work is changing at a pace never witnessed before. As we move closer to 2030, the concept of augmented working is becoming increasingly relevant. This paradigm shift requires individuals to adapt their skillsets and harness the power of AI and automation to bolster their own abilities.

In this opinion piece, I will explore the importance of augmented working in the context of AI and automation, discuss the potential problems and challenges it presents, and propose solutions to ensure a smooth transition into this new era. By drawing upon the wisdom of philosophers, scientists, and thought leaders, I will delve into the cultural, historical, and philosophical aspects of this transformation.

Emphasizing the development of these skills in education and training programs will help individuals excel in the era of augmented working.

However, to ensure a smooth transition into this new era, it is crucial to address the potential problems and challenges it presents.
